As a not for profit, we are able to offer our Vancouver 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Training  at an affordable market rate. At $2495, our Vancouver 200 hour yoga teacher training program is the most affordable in Vancouver. Regardless if you are an aspiring to become a yoga teacher or grow personally this program will enlighten you and give you the tools to become a solid yoga teacher.

Our 200 Hour Vancouver Yoga Teacher Training meets and exceeds the industry requirements set forth. Upon successful completion of our program, students can register as RYT 200. Come discover your truth, and learn how to become a well trained and  certified yoga teacher.

Dates: Apr. 1-7, 2024 - 15 Spots Left

Location: Gastown, Vancouver, BC

Times: Mon-Sun, 8am-8pm 

Investment: $2495 CAN (Early Bird Discount: $300 discount if you pay in full 90 days prior)

Deposit: $400 CAN upon acceptance

Payment Plans: After the deposit  is paid, the remaining balance can be paid with 2 to 4 payments. Note the remaining balance needs to be paid prior to the first day of class.

What's Included:  A manual and copies of the program textbooks.  All equipment, including yoga mats and props, are supplied by the school. Students are welcome to bring their own mat if preferred.

Kale spent many year as an athletic coach, but due to injuries, she was unable continue as a coach. On the request of her doctor, and because of her injuries, she was lead to yoga and it was over the years that yoga helped her to discover another level of who she is. It was that realization and her passion for coaching that lead her to becoming  a yoga teacher.

Sasha has been practicing yoga for almost 15 years.  In high school, yoga helped him with his anxiety and to focus on studying. After traveling throughout Asia and spending a few years in Bali, Sasha realize that yoga teacher training was something he wanted to spend the rest of his life doing.

What is included in the yoga teacher training?

The program cost includes: All equipment, including yoga mats and props, are supplied by the school and each student receives copies of the texts used in the program.

What is the maximum number of students for each yoga teacher trainings?

The class capacity is 15 students.

What happens if there are certain days I cannot attend a training? 

In order to complete a training you must attend all scheduled classes and complete all required coursework. Attendance for scheduled classes is mandatory. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where you are unable to attend class. In these situations, we allow you to make up the  missed class time with two options:

  1. Take a private session with the trainer to cover the missed course material or 2. take the missed days in a subsequent teacher training for free, space permitting.

What are your admission requirements, if any?

Be 19 years old, practicing yoga for at least 6 months, you must be able to read and write English and be capable of physically participating in the program for which you are applying to.

Can I do the program with injury(s)?

You do not need to be able to perform complicated asana to take the program. A commitment to your practice is all that you need. If you are working with an injury, it will not be a barrier to your  being able to the program.

How much time should I spend on homework?

Homework is usually an hour a night  for the days we are not meeting for course.

Do you offer discounts?

You get a discount if you pay in full at the time of registration.
